You can upload your poster and presentation on your account. Please rename your file with your id number.

The available speech time is 15 mins (including questions)./p>

Please upload your slides by Friday 8th December on the Conference Portal: go to "Your submissions" then click "Final upload" next to your contribution. Your slides must be uploaded in pdf, ppt, or pptx format under "2nd file" at the bottom of the page. Please also bring your presentation on a USB stick as a backup.

Upload of a final abstract

In case you wish to submit an updated version of your abstract for the proceedings, please use the Conference Portal: o to "Your submissions" then click "Final upload" next to your contribution. The final abstract can be uploaded as "1st file".

Posters

We kindly remind you that authors have to bring their own poster to the Symposium, no printer will be available on-site. Please use A0 vertical layout, (H:1189mm, W:841mm).

• Make sure to maintain paragraph clarity by using a font size which can be read at some distance.
• It is recommended that all text be limited to 1/5th of the poster.
• Contact details of the authors must be present.
• The accepted participants shall bring their own posters to the Symposium. No printer will be available at the venue.

Proceedings

All abstracts, presentation slides, and uploaded posters will be made publicly-available online on the European CubeSat Symposium website, except if you explicitly refuse it. In the latter case, please let us know by email.
